Contraindication:
- Obvious lumbar stenosis, presentation of serious degeneration
- With spinal canal stenosis, lateral recessus stenosis
- Lumbar disc calcification
- Much longer history of lumbar disc herniation
- CT/MRI Presentation of obvious adhesion of protruded nucleus pulposus
- Cauda equina compression syndrome, e.g. fecal and urinary functional incontinence
- With Vertebral olisthy
- With bleeding tendency
- Intraspinal or other spinal diseases, e.g. intraspinal tumor
- Severe hepatic and renal dysfunction
- Biologically impossible or mental disorder
- Ozone allergies, hyperthyreosis and G-6-PD deficiency (favism)
